I SEE THAT YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS AND PAYPAL…I’D LIKE TO PAY BY CHECK, IS THAT POSSIBLE?

CAN I GET SOMETHING CUSTOM MADE?

Custom/bespoke work is some of our favorite kind of work.  We are happy to make your vision come to life, whether it’s a classic piece of jewelry like diamond studs, or something more in the ZAIKEN aesthetic.  Email sales@zaikenjewelry.com to get the custom design process started.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY ORDER VIA YOUR WEBSITE?

Once you submit your order, a credit card authorization occurs for the full amount.  If you are ordering an in stock item, we typically ship in 7 days.  However if the piece is not in stock and has to be made, it can take 3-4 weeks from date of order.

 

 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All beautiful things take time to make…that being said, we want you to have your jewels as quickly as possible.  We make all of our pieces by hand in our workshop in the heart of the NYC diamond district.  We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible, but some pieces can take up to 3-4 weeks to receive.  If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the comments section, or send us an email at sales@ZAIKENJewelry.com.  We will always do our best to accommodate your requests and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

IS THE FULL COLLECTION AVAILABLE ONLINE? 

We wish...Our line is constantly growing and changing, so for now we can only offer the carefully selected items you see.

 

ARE THE PICTURES ONLINE TO SCALE?

No.  We do our best to make them as close to their actual size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. The descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. If you have any other questions regarding the size of a particular piece, please contact us sales@ZAIKENJewelry.com and we will be happy to answer your questions.

 

CAN I REPLACE A LOST EARRING? 

Yes. If the style is in stock you may purchase a half pair. We make most of the pieces by hand and, as a result, certain styles can vary slightly in size. In some cases, we will ask you to send the mate to us (at your cost) so we can match it for you. A few styles are produced for one season only and may not be available at the time of the request.

 

DOES THE JEWELRY COME WITH A BOX? 

Each order arrives in a custom ZAIKEN Jewelry gift box.  

 

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY? 

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales.

 

IS MY TRANSACTION SAFE? 

All order information sent to www.ZAIKENJewelry.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY? 

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time. The majority of our collection consists of 18k gold & can be cleaned with a polishing cloth or sudsy water and a toothbrush.  All of the stones we use are natural gemstones, therefore they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners. 

 

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX? 

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box as our preferred shipping method is Fedex, with a signature required, and they do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
